30-Day Return Period
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
Items that appear worn, used, altered, or damaged (except due to shipping issues) may not qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return request, please contact us at support@gorvii.store and include your order number along with the reason for return.
All returns require prior approval before being sent back. Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. Items returned without approval may experience delays in processing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@gorvii.store and provide clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference. For verified damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by GORVII.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you ordered the wrong item, size, or color, you may still request a return within the 30-day return window, provided the item meets all return eligibility conditions.
In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage customers to carefully review product details before completing their purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility. You will be notified via email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the refund.
Items that do not meet eligibility requirements may not qualify for a refund and may be returned to you at your expense.
