Shipping policy

After an order has been processed for shipping, no further changes or cancellations can be made. Any approved cancellation will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Free Standard Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees during checkout. The price shown at purchase is the final cost for standard shipping.

Order Processing

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order has been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.

Transit Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and carrier operations.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is approximately 6–9 business days from the date the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. This is normal while the carrier updates the tracking system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at support@gorvii.store. Our support team will coordinate with the shipping carrier to assist you.
