These Terms and Conditions govern use of www.gorvii.store and purchases made directly from Gorvii.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies made available on our website and during checkout.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

STORE AND SELLER

Gorvii is the seller of products purchased directly through this website.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Products are offered only to countries and addresses enabled during checkout.

ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete billing, contact and delivery information.

PROHIBITED USE

You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully
• Submit fraudulent orders or payment information
• Interfere with the website’s security or operation
• Attempt unauthorised access

• Infringe intellectual-property rights

Product colours can appear differently depending on the customer’s device. Packaging may vary when a manufacturer updates its design.

Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.

Gorvii does not claim affiliation, sponsorship or authorised-reseller status with a third-party brand unless that relationship is expressly stated and can be substantiated.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

Prices are displayed in the currency available for the customer’s market.

Before payment, checkout displays:

• Applicable discount
• Shipping charge
• Taxes collected by Gorvii
• Final order total

Prices may change prospectively without notice. A change will not affect an order already accepted unless required to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.

TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Cross-border orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or local handling charges.

Checkout will identify charges collected by Gorvii. Charges not collected during checkout may be payable by the recipient.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily confirm acceptance.

We accept an order when we send dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

ORDER REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION

We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue a full refund.

PROMOTIONS

Additional terms displayed with a promotion apply to that promotion.

We will honour valid promotional orders already accepted unless cancellation is permitted by law.

The Gorvii name, original website design and original store content may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party trademarks, product images and other protected content remain the property of their respective owners.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND CONTENT

Submitted content must not be unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, misleading or infringing.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

We may temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gorvii is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer guarantees.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms and Gorvii’s voluntary policies operate alongside mandatory consumer laws.

Australian customers retain rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

EU and UK customers retain applicable distance-selling, withdrawal and conformity rights.

United States and Canadian customers retain applicable federal, state, provincial and territorial rights.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Gorvii’s Australian business address.

This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or courts available under the laws of their country of residence.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms prospectively.

The version in effect when an order is accepted applies to that order unless a change in law requires otherwise.
